This could be a problem, because the Allied concession agreement expires in two years, and then (according to the Allied deal) "Upon the expiration of this addendum, the parties will meet to negotiate a transition to the full terms and conditions of the NMATA." There is no "snap-back" clause to bring Allied up to union scale.</description>
