The proposed agreement is of three years duration. This could be a problem, because the Allied concession agreement expires in two years, and then (according to the Allied deal) “Upon the expiration of this addendum, the parties will meet to negotiate a transition to the full terms and conditions of the NMATA.” There is no “snap-back” clause to bring Allied up to union scale.

Rumors are the changes to the wages will be running miles now paid on all mile at $.67 a mile and art 48 they will be able to run you around to 5 differant locations until they must send you in the direction of your home terminal

Sounds like a pay freeze, benefit reduction, but no out of pocket co-pays. and pension whoas. I am interested in the changes to article 48… And what about the current issues reguarding article 5???

Not sure about the rest of you but it sounds as if the Union is already apologizing for another crap contract before they even show it
