Founder Peter Bos to still serve as CEO

DESTIN — Hugh Sawyer said he was just trying to enjoy his retirement in the area. But Legendary Inc. had different ideas.
After signing on as an executive with Legendary Marine last August, Sawyer has recently stepped up to become president of all of Legendary’s holdings. Company founder Peter Bos will remain chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer, according to a press release from Legendary.
Now here is a story.
In his 30-year business career, Sawyer has earned a reputation as a “turnaround specialist.”
His last mission as CEO of Allied Systems Holdings was to lead it out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The Atlanta-based hauler of cars, trucks, and sport utility vehicles did just that in May 2007.

hugh sawyer is running into the ground legendary inc boats people are quiting over 25 % pay decrease but all the top people are getting a cut also ,but when you cut 25% from 10.00 dollars leaves 7.50 cents now cut hugh pay 25 % what does that mean he still gets enough to pay all his bills and still have a SIX figure income math dont work for hugh he didn do anybody no fagures this is stupid and to think the owners are letting him do this this shows that this comany is not a very good people company only thinking about their self .. employees having familiues dont matter to this company actions show .thank you.

H. Sawyer Has his contract and win or lose he will be the first to be payed. IF this is where you work then consider the job finished , it’s over. Hugh will find his next Victim.

TURN AROUND SPECIALITS? WONDER WHY THE ARTICLE DIDN’T MENTION THE FACT THAT ALLIED DIDN’T COME OUT OF BANKRUPTCY UNTIL HUGH WAS FIRED? HE JUST TAKES COMPANIES AND RUNS THEM INTO THE GROUND UNTIL THERE IS NOTHING LEFT. A REAL PIECE OF SHIT.

He was so bold as to force an employee to touch his shoes after a comment was made about how nice they were and how much they cost. When asked how many employees would be lost over a 25% pay cut he responded with none, they have no where to go.
